Steff, may you comment on my current status <800 iu/ml hbvdna but 79000 iu/ml hbsag. entacivir 3 year and half year interferon experience, both 8 years before.
what can be done at present. Any suggestion, any body.

my guess is you are hbeag positive due to high hbsag
what is current ast/alt?
etv might be not potent enough for you, i think it is better to wait for new drugs to add to etv

no antiviral from 8 years, alt, ast are normal.
in past, took 3 year etv and interferon for half year, all before 8 year.
currently, using no medicine.

wait for new drugs that will be approved soon, current therapies cannot help with hbsag 79000iu/ml
