What are the ways to treat HEP C?

How is hepatitis C treated? Does it have any side effects?

Which of the new medicines is right for you will depend on your genotype.

Do you know your genotype? It would be something like 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3,b etc...

Direct acting anti virals are now used to treat hep C. They are all oral treatments and are given from 8-24 weeks, depending on the patient's history. Some people have mild side effects such as headache, nausea, fatigue. Many people have no side effects at all. I wish you an easy time.
