Chances of contracting Hep C from razor in forgein country barber shop?

Last night in Belize I got my head shaved with a straight razor and got a pretty small cut on my head. I know it's dumb but at the time I didn't even think of sterilization as I've never been to a barber before.  After walking back to my apartment I realize just how dumb that could have been as sterilization was probably not a practice there. I've done some research and read reports from reputable sites, which makes me feel like chances are still very low but I was wondering if people dealing with Hep C have any experience or two cents to add?

Sharing of unsterilized razors is a potential risk per the US CDC. If they did not sterilize their razors between clients that would constitute a potential risk.
