Concerned about elevated liver tests

Hello.  I had some routine blood work done.  I haven't seen a doctor yet but I am a little freaked out:

Alkaline Phosphatase 38 (33-130) this one is normal
AST 51 (10-35)
ALT 36 (6-29)

Also, my B12 is high 1767 (200-1100)
B6 is high 47.5 (2.1-21.7)

When I googled with B12 would be high one of the things that came up was liver damage, so that combined with the high liver tests has me very concerned.  Can anyone share their thoughts on this please.

I have one to 1.5 glasses of red wine a day...nothing more than that.

Other things than alcohol can cause elevated liver enzymes. Being overweight is one also having hepatitis C or A or B

Since you have elevated liver enzymes until you see a doctor I would hold off on any alcohol consumption.

I’ve never had my b12 tested are you taking any supplements containing B12 I would stop taking any additional b12 supplements if that is the case.

Why did your doctor order these tests? Are you experiencing any symptoms related to liver disease?

“What Diseases and Medications Cause Abnormal Levels of AST and ALT?

Diseases that Cause Elevated Liver Enzymes in the Blood

The most common diseases causing abnormally elevated ALT and AST are acute viral hepatitis, such as hepatitis A or B, chronic viral hepatitis, such hepatitis B or C, cirrhosis of the liver (scarring of the liver due to long standing inflammation of the liver), liver damage from alcohol abuse or alcoholic fatty liver, hemochromatosis (a genetic condition causing long standing liver damage due to iron build up in the liver), and diminished blood flow to the liver (from shock or heart failure).

Medications that Cause Abnormal Levels of Liver Enzymes in the Blood

Intentional medication overdose, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol liver damage).
Acetaminophen (Tylenol or other medications with a Tylenol component, such as Vicodin).
Some pain medications, for example, diclofenac (Voltaren) and naproxen (Naprosyn, Anaprox, Aleve, Naprelan).
Cholesterol-lowering medications, statins, for example, atorvastatin (Lipitor) and simvastatin (Zocor).
Some antibiotics, for example, sulfonamides and nitrofurantoin (Macrodantin; Furadantin; Macrobid).
Some tuberculosis medications, for example, isoniazid (Nydrazid, Laniazid, INH).
Some anti-fungal medications, for example, fluconazole (Diflucan) and itraconazole (Sporanox).
Some psychiatric medications, for example, tricyclic antidepressants.
Some seizure medications, for example, phenytoin (Dilantin), carbamazepine (Tegretol, Tegretol XR , Equetro, Carbatrol), and valproic acid (Depakote, Depakote ER, Depakene, Depacon).“

Hi there. I am Carrie. I am fine. I went back and I  had been taking high doses of some type of vitamin. I can’t remember what it was now because it’s been so long. But that was what was causing my numbers to be so high.
Hello Carrie, thank you so much for replying, did they go back yo normal after stopping the vitamin? Or did they have to give you some treatment? I am saying gecause I take a lot of vitamin B. Thank you. Nela
