I treated three times with interferon based treatment and was a null responder. My viral load actually increased on treatment.
But even though I was a three time null responder with cirrhosis I was able to be cured with Harvoni.
There are also several other new medicines available that are very effective. Depending on your genotype one of the other new meds may be an even better choice than Harvoni.
