Hello, as Lynn said recovery is a very individual process however the Ribavirin can stay in the body for up to 6 months, of course in ever lessening degrees.
Try to drink a lot of water to help yourself. If you can try to take short walks, increasing them as you go along it will help a lot.
After I finished treating I felt like you. I did Peg, Incivek and Ribavirin. I was encouraged to walk but did not do it for a long time. Finally one day I realized that I could feel awful in bed or awful walking and I started to walk. It gets your blood moving, you excrete toxins etc. I used muscles I had not used in 6 months, woah!
Also as Lynn said, hang in there, it will improve.
I think many of use felt the same way you do. We all thought after we finished we would feel better right away. Also making sure you are eating a healthy diet will help. It just takes time.
Take Care

Recovery is an individual experience also somewhat dependent on if you have additional health problem or the extent of liver damage prior to treatment.
I was on harvoni for 24 weeks and ribavirin for 15 of the 24. I was a multiple treatment failure with cirrhosis. I did develop anemia from ribavirin and had to dose reduce from 1200 mg/day to 1000mg then toughed it out til the end. Ten days after I completed treatment my anemia had resolved but with others it can take longer. I still often feel tired but I attribute that to my liver cirrhosis.
Hang in there it gets better
Good luck
