Geno Type 4 for 42 years

I am geno type 4 60 years old had hep c since I was 18 years old about 42 years never been treated my viral load never went over half million I take ultra  thistle Dandelion root Alpha -Lipoic Acid Licorice root, Multi vitamin without
Iron Fish oil and I eat Brusell Sprout every day raw with my Steel cut oat meal for breakfast drink green tea De-Caf
and one large de-caf coffe no sugar at all  in my diet and eat grape fruit every day and almonds, work out three times a week

Ever heard of Alinia (Nitazoxanide) ? If you google it you will come across
trials that are promising for geno 4.
There even is a tiny trial where out of 23 people 4 SVRd with pretty much no
side effects. Those 4 had all baseline VL of <400K.

Great to hear from you I am a geno 4 as well.
Properbly have it for 20+ years who knows for sure.
Low viral load as well. It seems to be often the case with geno 4s
which of course does not mean you don`t have any damage.
How does most recent bloodwork look like ?
Did ever have a biopsy,fibrosure or fibroscan ?
Dou you know your subtype ?
