Dear all,

On 22 nov 2014, I want to massage shop in korea and the place was not in a good shape and a pit dirty, I got massaged for 45 mins later on she massaged my anus and ended up with handjob, I am circumcised her hand where rough and she used oil during the whole period. After that night I could not sleep thinking of this occasion after a week a got sick badly I went to hospital and I have asked for full blood test including Hepa c and it was -
After 4 weeks past I went for HIV 4th gen test and all hepatitis test and found - with high ALT around 62.
I again tested week later week (5) only for ALT and AST and still ALT was 63 normal range is 42
1- what is the chance I got any STD out of the accident ?
2- at six week I got fever with throat pain, do I need to test ?
3- is the high ALT indecation of liver infection hepa c?

I would be more concerned with an STD then Hep C.  Your #s are not that high and indicate slight inflammation.  Perhaps you also may want to look at any meds that you are on.  Tylenol alone will create an elevation.
Doubtful it's Hep C.

That sounds like a bad experience however, HCV is not a STD. Hand jobs = zero possibility.

I don't know, I would get retested if you are not on any medication or drinking.  The elevated ALT does mean something is going on.
It is not real high, I think the highest is 50 for the ALT, not positive though, every lab has a different range.

Hello, welcome to the forum,  I don't think you had any risk for HCV unless you were both bleeding..
You also need to wait at least 3 to 6 months before getting tested.
HCV is not a sexually transmitted virus unless both people are bleeding and one of them has the virus.  While your ALT is slightly elevated that can be explained by medications and or drinking.  Did you have anything to drink before your blood work?  If so you might want to stop drinking for a month, try again.  The elevated ALT does indicate that there is some inflamation.
I can understand your concern but most people don't get sick for many many years.  I had had it for about 30 years before I was diagnosed.
This answer is just for the HCV not for the HIV.
I got my virus from a gamma globulin injection back in the 70's, well we think that is where I got it.  New information is showing that the virus can live outside the body for much longer than was originally thought.
I am sure you are fine for the HCV.  If you are concerned I would wait a while before getting tested again.
Good luck
Dee
