With labcorp you can sign in to the labcorp beacon patient website and have access to all of your blood tests done through labcorp. You can call them as well and they will let you know when the results are given to your doctor and when they will be posted to your account. My results are usually to my doctor in 3-4 days and on the patient website in 6 days. I am not sure about this, but I have also heard that it depends on the day it is collected.
I had my blood drawn at Labcorp on June 9th at 8 am for the HCV RNA PCR Qaulatative with reflex to Quantative, it will be two weeks Monday and still no results. Why is it taking so long for the results?
"One other question, when is the HCV RNA test considered conclusive from the possible initial exposure?"
How soon after exposure to HCV can HCV RNA be detected by PCR?
HCV RNA appears in blood and can be detected as early as 2–3 weeks after infection.

The doctor who ordered and received my tests told me....they test and repeats the test for HCV in your blood. You and I know how important is the lab gets it right. Complicated and well documented takes time....and expensive. The test is costly.
Best to you
Where I treat it (HCV RNA PCR) is done on-site (at the hospital) and they say it takes up to 5 days and I was able to get results within 3 days once. It depends. Jo
I've heard it's a complicated process. Only certain labs process your labs for Hepatitis C RNA PCR. My results took 10 days also. Where usually sent to a local lab... mine where processes in another part of the state some 200 miles away. My lab was Quest.
Best to you
Why does it take so long?
My test goes from lab corp to my doctor it has been taking me about 10 days to get my viral load test results
Good luck
