Hep C transmission risks from sex

Hi, I understand that Hep C is not regularly passed via sex but I believe my circumstances are a bit different

So one night I had unprotected oral sex with an unknown female, it was quite rough and after the deed, the base of my penis hurt and there might be a small abrasion.

The next night, I had protected sex with another female and after that, I noticed blood which I'm assuming maybe period blood on the condom.

I'm afraid that the blood may have gotten into the abrasion on the base of my penis from the night before. I do not think my penis was bleeding and I can't rmb if the abrasions were bleeding or not but I do not think so.

Edit: my penis may have been bleeding, but there was still an abrasion or tear in the skin which sort of qualifies as an open wound. So I'm afraid the hep c can be transmitted from period blood into it
