The above link was the best rep I found and helped convince my doc to viral load test me early so I could 'get on with my life' when I started feeling a bit better (@ 10 weeks.. but still followed up at 24 wks). There are several studies out there that all seem to (the 3 I read anyway) come to the same conclusion- SVR 12 is 99.7% predictive of SVR 24... but this one includes SVR 4 (98% predictive if memory serves me) and displays 3 relapse timeline graphs. As you can see, it happens quickly (on these 3 examples at least) with TMA testing being able to detect it at 2 weeks and PCR at 6. Can't help with relapse rates beyond 24 weeks as I haven't looked into it much other than reading something about 1%/yr for the first 2 years but that new infection couldn't be ruled out in some of them. Good Luck.
You are spot on with them numbers, as a cirrhotic that is also SVR I wish you the best...........
