Itchy Shins

Has anyone experienced itchy shins? This has been going on for over 6 months, and I'm beginning to notice some scars on both legs from scratching. Also, does this have anything to do with how well my liver is functioning?

I had bad itching and bumps that looked like acne.  After trying several things, I finally was prescribed Fluocinonide cream 15 grams.  The itching and bumps were gone in a week or so, but the itching was stopped.
Good luck

This is probably a dumb question but have you tried lotions?  The skin on the shins is very thin, some type of lotion with lipids in it or a lotion called Sarno which is an anti itch product might help you.
