Dear All

I Have completed three shots of tx. Thanks to God, Sides effects remained negligible til 3rd shot except when i get the shot , the same night i have sleep problems and cant sleep almost half of the night (no pain) and next morning i come up with very tired and have pinching pain in my thighs (this situation remains till noon). No other side effects i feel. However i have also noticed that ther are black circles appearing below my eyes yet i havnt had any eye prob. Can anyone suggest how can i get rid of these side effects.

Dear All

I am at the 5th shot of my treatment. I have noticed one thing (i am doing this for the last 2 shots), if i take my shot at noon (around 14:00) and before shot i take some rich food like Burger, Pizza, Chicken Drum stick etc then the side effects are very much decreased. (Believe me, it really works).

I think the ppl who are facing tough Sx should try this. May be this can help them.

Yeah, take your shot earlier, say, around lunch.  I always preferred to face the worst of the side effects while I was awake.  Then by the time you go to bed you'll be tired and ready to sleep without some of the side effects such as chills and fever and general uncomfortableness.

yah .... thats because of you. Actually when you told the things that other are feeling during tx, then i think m one of the luckiest person to have minimum sx.

I have talked to my doc and for slepp prob he suggested that i should change the time of shot and make it a bit earlier in the day. He has also suggested LOAAAAAAAAADS of water coz it will save me from black circles and other probz.

Once again thnx to you Meki...................

certainly m NOT going to be a Zombie coz  God is wih me and m not surrendering to this dragon any more.

A lot of us had extreme insomnia bouts --- I still do - over a year post TX.

I don't know about pinching pain in thighs --- I had tingling up and down --- and extreme joint pain... those are common --- but if you're experiencing ANYTHING that makes you afraid --- or feels so abnormal -- you need to check with your doctor.

OK?

We can commismerate - laugh with you - warn you - give you basic advice... But we can't see or touch you to take your vitals or help you fix things if you are going down quickly in your blood work.

We're not doctors --- or anything.

So if something is way out of line - talk to your doctor about it.

Side effects vary and change... The sleeping part can be helped by ambien or sleeping medication.

Drink a LOT of water to stay hydrated - to keep those circles from appearing.

A lot of us looked like walking dead zombies --- with half brains --- so that's fairly normal.

But take care of your body.
