My liver Anzyms suddenly increased, why?

I made some tests yesterday to be ready to take my hep c pills in a few days. my homoglobin is 15.75
wbc 5.5, platlet 284, and all my numbers are very well except anzyms i found it 173 and 73. i made more than 7 test before and they were like 60 and 40 or 50 and 38...im 35 years old and my weight is 62 k.g last fibroscane 2 years ago was 5.8 f1 and last ultra sound was today and its all normal with no problems. my last pcs 3 months ago was 83000....i showed my results  to my doctor today and he said i doubt of these anzyms number....and he asked to wait 3 days and remake new one.what can make my anzyms go from 60 to 173  and from 38 to 75 in a few months? its virus spreed? or its fat? or some other infection. its ok to take the hep c pills now?

Yes, take your HepC drugs as soon as possible!  Your hemoglobin is nice and high, your platelets are high.  Other numbers really don't matter that much.  It certainly wouldn't matter to me one bit.  You already paid for the tx, so it's time to take the meds.

Yes take your pills as for your questions you should ask your doctor.

But really people who are very ill generally have enzyme levels over 500.

Lots of things can influence enzyme level tests follow your doctors instructions
i had a teeth in up place that broken and left a very small parts but 3 months ago it leave a little blood and something like bakteria color yellow i see it when i put piece of coton inside my that empty teeth. and it cause me pain  and high ferver sometimes. my question is, is bakterya can cause high anzyms too??
