Hepatis C transmission

artist. 2 months ago I did my friends’s makeup. He shaved so he could have a closer shave. He had some cuts in his skin. I applied his foundation with a sponge and use a makeup puff to set his powder. It took me like an hour and a half to do his makeup. After I was done with him, I did my makeup too and used the same powder puff I used on him on my skin after I had shave and had some cuts myself. There was like a 2 hour window between doing his makeup and mine. If he was Hep C positive  am I on risk?, or the virus would have died in that time period?  Thank you! E.

Hep C is blood born and is spread by blood to blood contact.
It is rarely spread sexually.

If you are concerned, get tested for hep C. None of us can tell whether anyone has it. Only a test will do that.

Thank you. I know for a fact he doesn't use drugs. Also can the Virus spread trough mutual masturbation? ( even when if there is exchange of fluids?) thank you

The virus lives for days in some cases it would not have died if it worked that way probably a lot less people who are not sharing needles would not have the disease.

Get tested if you are worried.
