Cenetron is the lab that did the test. The 1210 test is the "Cobas Ampliprep Quantitative Assay by Real Time PCR"

So it looks like that baseline test you had was accurate to 15 IU, but I don't know if at that level it would be qualitative only, or quantitative. Either way, it's pretty good and UND to this sensitivity is about as good as you'd ever want up until nearing EOT.
I dont' know the answer to your question, but I'll find out. I don't have the report yet, the study coordinator just sent me an email saying the VL was negative. Looking at the baseline report before tx started the VL test is identified as "Cenetron 1210" and the dynamic range is "15-200,000,000." I'll see what I can find out, but if you know the significance of the cenetron 1210 please let me know. Thanks.
Wow!! That's is just an incredible start. Your low VL surely helped and I'm glad for you!! It will be interesting to see what arm you're in. If you're in that RVR and off at 26 weeks arm...you've already met the requirements!
Congrats, links. Thanks for the good news!!
Trish
This is a very auspicious start. You could not wish for better.
Could I ask what sensitivity of PCR is being used?
Thanks

Yes, it does feel great. And I dont want to sound too giddy, because I know its an uphill battle for a lot of folks. But I guess eventually these sudies will benefit everyone.
Congratulations and good luck! Must be a great feeling.
Great news! Can you tell us a little (a lot) more about it?
