Don't you just love auto spell-correctors? I'd prefer to have treated for 6 myths than six months! Okay, I found a study posted a hcvadvocate that gives some data on relapse rates. Just copy and paste this URL: http://www.hcvadvocate.org/hcsp/articles/Keeffe-3.html. The short answer is it looks like SVR is achieved by 78-82%, so relapse rates would be around 20%. I hope you are SVR!
The overall SVR rate was significantly higher among genotype 2 patients treated for 24 weeks rather than 16 weeks (91% vs 82%, respectively; P = 0.0006).
So overall 91%.... Those that have an RVR was 95%. So as you can see the odds of being cured are very high with just SOC... Good luck to you.
