Researching Dr.

Hey all,

Has anyone seen a Dr. Preston Foster (Hepatologist) in San Antonio? He is with the Texas Transplant Institute. He is rated 4 stars on the website but than again he only has one written review and 2 ratings?? It states he has 28 years experience. Going to look up as much info on him as I can but  first hand experience are the best referrals.

Just wanted to see if anyone has heard of him. Going to look up as much info on him as I can but  first hand experience are the best referrals.

Thanks

I have tried to contact that Dr. but I do not get a phone call back. I'm sure since he is the best they might not be excepting new patients. I'll keep trying though.

Thanks.

Dr Eric Lawitz in San Antonio is supposed to be excellent. He is at the Alamo Research Center. I know that my doctor works with him and I have read and heard really good stuff about him. He is also involved in research and trails. He is a GI from what I understand. Hope this helps!

I looked him up and it seems that he is a transplant surgeon. Are you seeing a Hepatologist also there.    Seems like he is their top guy there. I'm sure you will be in good hands.   m   -Libby
