Hi there,

I just posted to you on the 'social' forum, so I'll copy and paste, so you'll be sure to see the contact info below:

You've come this far, so I hope you try really hard to hang in through this rough patch and keep going.

Lots of us feel like we stall about midway but you have to promise yourself to keep it simple, tackle each side effect one by one and never give up.

You've invested so much already and believe me, zapping the virus for good and leaving it all behind you forever is so worth it.

Just try not to think of how many weeks remain but only go one step at a time. Before you know it, you'll be done and won't quite believe you got through it all.

I don't know of a support group in your area but you can try phoning this number to see if they can help, or maybe refer you to someone who can:

...and just a possible tip for your next post -I think it's easier on the eyes for people to read in lower case, except for the usual capitalization stuff.

Try google for a support group in your area. Good luck, I found one in my area, The first night it was so hard to go in and now I can't wait for the next one. Keep looking it's one of the best things you can do for yourself, in my opinion.
