You should get another biopsy. A biopsy is recommended every 3-5 years.
Stage 2 is a rather healthy liver. It should give you no symptoms of any kind. But as we get older liver damage tends to speed up.
Has your doctor ever explained why your ankles and legs become bloated. They are a sign of something being wrong. Ask them directly what is causing it. If they don't have an answer then try to see another doctor who can figure it out.
When you say you are "bloated". Do you ever get so bloated it is hard to breathe and eat because your abdomen is pushing against your diaphragm? Does the abdomen ever stretch your abdomen skin so that is is hard? Is it only bloated after you eat or is it always bloated?
Having a high viral load does not relate to the amount of damage to the liver. It has no impact on how you feel.
Make sure the anti-depressant is working for you. If you don't feel noticeably better after 6 week of taking it you should try another anti-depressant.
Hope you feel better soon.

Are you getting treatment for your Hep C at the VA hospital?
I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having.
Do you mean Lorazepam? A benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety?
You don't say what stage of liver disease you have. Have you had a biopsy?
You as mention swollen legs. Where and how are they swollen?
"The doctors had said it was a hepatiti 2 flasse up." GERD has nothing to do with hepatitis. It can be related to advanced liver disease however.
High potassium is usually related to kidney disease. So you have kidney disease?
Omeprazole is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and sometimes damage to the esophagus. I have taken this med myself and found it to work for me without any side effects.
I don't think any of these issues would prevent you from treating the new hepatitis C drugs.
I am asking these questions in order to better help you determine your current health condition.
Take care.
