Turkey incident

Hello,
I have a question : i was in istanbul and wearing slippers. I accidentaly scratched my foot finger in somebody's shoe while crossing the street. Do I need to worry about something?

It takes more than a scratch to contract hep b, hep c, or hiv.. You would have to have had an open wound. In other words, the shoe (assuming it has blood on it in the first place (highly unlikely)  must have cut your foot.. Very unlikely to have happened so no need to worry. Move on.

I was wondering if he has stepped in some infected fluid and then stepped on my finger

You don't need to worry about that. You're not going to acquire hepatitis C by scratching your toe on someone's shoe.
