Can one get reinfected with Hepatitis C at the end of a treatment ?
Is there a chance that one can get reinfected with HCV at the end of a treatment (peg-interferon and ribavirin) if shown a positive SVR answer at the 3th month of a12 months treatment, but used(very stupedly) heroin with clean needle/syringe, but used cup.And the person have still one week left to finish the treatment.

Yes, SVR does not mean immunity. Get retested after possible exposure. You will always test positive, so you will need a viral load test to determine if you became reinfected.
Once a person is cured of hepatitis C, he can certainly be re-infected if he engages in risky behaviors. Antibodies to hepatitis C are not protective.
