there are many reasons for elevated enzymes   liver damage is but one   the only way to tell if you have hep c is a viral load test

Thank you very much nygirl yeah i came to knew that these days hep c cures which is much expensive but as i'm living in south east asia here still haven't came the new drug which approved recently...i'm still living in hope for better tomorrow...

These are your liver enzymes and they are elevated which is an indicator of Hepc and how most of us first find out we have a problem.  You should get tested by a hep doc to find out if that is the reason your enzymes are so high.

When a liver cell dies it releases an enzyme - so the higher the number the more cell death that is going on.  Cell death leads to fibrosia which leads to cirrhosis so it is important you find out what is going on.

Good luck I hope it's something else but at least you have found out there is some problem and HCV is mostly curable these days.
