I added 1/2 english muffin with cream cheese at breakfast and had bran cereal for the fiber. Nite time the only thing I could handle was Haagen Daz.
Good luck!

Food questions always bring out a LOT of comments, I think all of us had so much trouble finding things we could eat that when we really want to share it. My most difficult meal was the 7am one, as anything wet and fatty made my stomach rebel more. I ended up having to find dry fatty foods for breakfast, and what worked for me was croissants (especially chocolate-filled), cinnamon rolls, and my own modified homemade granola. (I'm always happy to share the recipe if anyone wants it.) Lunch was easier and I ate a lot of different things then. The late-night meal tended to be my dessert time - Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, tollhouse chocolate chip cookies (the ones in the refrigerator section that are ready to bake are fabulous for this, as even if you don't have much appetite the smell of them baking will make it easier to eat them), cheesecake, etc.
If you are having any trouble with nausea yet it's a good idea to get an Rx for ondansetron ODT. You don't want to be tossing up your meds. This is one of only a few anti-nausea meds that are safe with Incivek, and it works GREAT. I'd be feeling like I was on the verge of barfing, and I'd stick one of those pills on my tongue and within 20 minutes my stomach was completely settled, and without any of the sedation of other kinds of anti-nausea pills. Good luck!
Lindt truffles..(4 truffles), burritos and sour cream, tequitos and ranch, 2 large stuffed shells with sauce, easy mac (add 1 & 1/2 tbs of butter) salad with one serving shredded cheese and 4 tbs italian dressing. (Brianna's gourmet ceasar dressing is delicious and 3 tbs for the fat) jimmy deans 20 gram breakfast sandwiches are the easiest in the morning for me. banana or apple with peanut butter, 1 ground beef patty with cheese and veggies, tgif ( 3) potato skins and extra 3 or 4 tbs of sour cream, a lot of those tyson anytizers are 5 peices for 20 grams of fat with a lot of different flavors if you want to keep your calories lower and have a light meal. I at first was watching my calories and only eating fats from protein, nuts and dairy with veggies..and the incivek did not like it at all! I spent days in the bathroom and nights in the tub. I came to the conclusion that even though I was getting the fat in..I was not getting enough food in to soak up all the incivek. Since I have upped my calories I feel a whole lot better! I would rather gain 15 pounds in 12 weeks than ever feel like that again! I also incorporated more bannana's, toast and rice into my diet (brat diet) it helps keep things solid. I hope some of the above helps you out at the grocery store! People look at me like I'm crazy pants yelling to my husband,"This is just 1 for 20 grams of fat, yes! Let's buy two boxes!" Lol
Good luck and well wishes,
Laura
I can't wait for them to get here, that is going to be such a welcome change. I'm already salivating...Mark
P.S. I found them through Amazon.com, they are a partner...
Yup, but they are $2.20 if you buy 24 or more, $2.60 if you buy one. They are here:

I ate mostly:
*Greek yogurt (regular, not low fat) (read label)
*1 avacado
*egg nog (it was near the holidays)
*Cheddar or Havarti cheese, 2 Ounces
*peanut butter
*bratwurst
*eggs and toast with some added fat like a lot of butter or berries with heavy whipping cream
*cream cheese
*Brie cheese
*sanwiches with lots of butter, mayo and meat
*meat and potatoes with lots of butter
If I thought I was short on fat or did not know the fat content (like hamburger or something) I added 20 grams of fat via butter or whipping cream.
Ice cream (not low fat) also has a lot of fat and you could add that to a regular meal.
Be sure to eat si=ome solid food if you drink milk shakes or smoothies. Even with then Greek yogurt I always had some toast or some other solid food, and I ate a tone of the yogurt each time (1/2 of a large container, so way more fat that 20 grams).
Here is am thread with lots of ideas. Go to near the bottom to 80mecheng's very long list of food and the fat content.
Hi - My hot tip (I feel like a broken record here ) is Flora Udo's Oil infused chocolate bars. They have 20g of super healthy fat, and are delicious. Especially toward the end of the 12 weeks, they were one of the only things my husband could choke down, the late night dose being the most difficult. Peanut butter is good, too, but he got tired of that very quickly. Someone on here found them on Amazon for only $2 each, which is much less than I pay for them in the health food store.
