non responder

i am non responder on pegaysis and ribavirin ,i have genotype 3a, my viral load is 784500 copies/ml, my ALT is 30, my blood cp is normal , my ultra sound is normal .plz suggest me treatment to remove virus copies from my blood.

If there are no clinical trials for testing new drugs available to you where you live, I would, first get a liver biopsy to see how urgent your need to treat is. If you need to treat again right now, I'd see if I could be tested with something like LabCorps IL28B test to help you decide what treatment options you have at your 4 week viral load test.

You can try treating again using PegIntron rather than Pegasys. It's a small % but some patients will respond to one of these after failing on the other.
You can try consensus interferon, but I understand this can be a harsh treatment.

Wait until they have perfected the oral med 2-3 years, will have few side effects.
