Here's wishing you a smooth road ahead, as I toast with my water bottle.  I carry my water with me every where I go.  The most exercise I get now, is walking to the restroom, many many times a day!

Hopefully, you won't have any bad effects.  I took my first shot Monday and just had a slight headache, but that went away Wednesday.  Feel great !

The anticipation of the first shot was worse than the actual shot.  Good Luck !

Yes! on the Tylenol. I didn't have any. Advil just didn't do it. And water, water, water until you think you're going to float away (and then have another glass).

Good luck!

Good luck, remember to take two tylenol with the shot (helps offset any flu-like fever you might get) and also drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day.  You will be so surprised in time at HOW dehydrated you will become from these meds.  And don't forget to always take your riba with fat so it has something to bind to for best absorption. I found taking mine with breakfast at 6:30am and dinner at 6:30pm not only served as a good reminder to take the meds but with the nauseau and with the fat situation.

Good luck.

I'm sure you'll be fine, usually the first shot we tend to be a little anxious, but then after you do it, it's like, oh this isn't so bad.  good luck
