Can't agree with you more Pat, "I don't wanna grow up I'm a ToysRus kid!
Yeah that was dopey I know...hee hee
Hope you and yours are well
Deb
I long ago decided that age is in the mind. mI don't mean that we won't slow down or have aches and pains, or medical conditions as we collect years. But then I look around and see people young wnough to be my grandchildren (used to say 'children' but, at 73, I could have kids old enough to have aches and pains. hee hee) who have more aches and pains, more medical conditions, who 'think' and act much older, and decide I am only as 'old' as I feel! Of course, some days that is 125! But others, I feel 10. : -).
I understand and can relate to all, Geez I'm showing my age! Love it!, proud to be 60 yrs young and still acting like a kid! Whoop woop
Exerpted from a Baba-Mail entry today (with a couple of changes):
Remember when...
Memory loss was something you got with age
An Application was for employment
A program was a TV (or, lets go way back, a radio) show
A cursor was a user of profanity
A keyboard was a piano
A web was where a spider lived
A virus was The flu (or, in our world, HepC)
ACD was a bank account
A hard drive was a long trip on the road. and
A mouse pad was where a mouse lived
.............
I had a nice giggle reading that.....it's always good to smile!
Hugs
Deb
