Just recently gave up tobacco cigs with the help of e-cigs. I feel so much better but still feel that I need the hit of nicotine.
thats a great story!!! thanks...billy
Cigs are probably one of the hardest thigns to quit cause they are every where and so easy to get.
I know my ex has very bad asthma/COPD, smokes 2 packs a day, he hs tried to quit, but just doesn't have the will power to make it stick...
He tried to quit one year, told me "no matter what i say or do, don't give me any money to buy cigs" so i complied...he broke into our kids piggy bank, stole their change and went an bought cigs with pennies, nickles and dimes...when the guy at the counter asked him why he was buying with all that change...my ex totally threw me under the bus...told him "my old lady's being a b**ch and won't give me any money to buy cigs with"
this attitude is one of the reasons he has earned the title of ex, ha...
this is really something....my girlfriend quit because of me...she knew i couldn't be with someone that smoked fags...shes off of them for a year now...it's awful the stuff the cigarette companies are allowed to put into their products...thanks hector and good luck to all the folks that smoke...billy
One of my greatest accomplishments in life was finally quitting...one of my only accomplishments in life was finally quitting...
After decades I finally quit cold turkey at the beginning of HCV tx and have on smoked since. It was the smell on btx meds that got to me; I feel much better.
