Photo problem

Help.
Okay, so once again the photo I tried to upload got cropped. I don't get it. I play around on photoshop, then I optimize it on image ready, reducing the KBs so it will upload quickly but for some reason my poor hawk gets her head cut off. This time the bottom got cut off as well.
Does anyone know if there is a certain size my photo needs to be to transfer correctly???
Can one of you savvy people out there help me??

I meant to put in in this, the social forum but as a flawed human being, I goofed.
The medhelp guardian angel switched it for me.

James,
Yes.
Okay, if square is the answer, I can do that.
                Thanks!!

It's that picture under your profile? Crop it. Starting from the top. The picture has to be square, all you will be able to show is the head.
