Sister Lost

My Sister passed away the day after Christmas after enduring a 3 year battle with Cancer. She also had HCV....after having her kidney removed she started tx but couldn't physically handle it. It was too much for her body to take. I was also dx with HCV two years ago.. I went thru tx am currently SVR.  Wow, I can't believe how time has escaped me!  My New Year's wish is that you all would please say a prayer for her. I miss her so very much!

I too am so sorry for your lose and everything else as well. Sometimes dunno why but just seems like everything happens at once. Im sorry. I will prey for you and Terry and your little niece as well.

Thanks for the Hugs Elaine, My sadness from losing my sister has just grown to tremendous levels. OMG....when does the destruction of life stop!  My great-niece of 4 months old was just dx with leukemia.  I can't believe this...I just lost my sister a month ago from cancer.

Thanks Brent, It's been a rough couple of months. Cancer seems to run in my family. I lost my mother to colon cancer, and now my sister.  Cancer *****!

It must be hard to lose a sister.  I hope you can concentrate on her new journey and help her by projecting positive, loving thoughts for her transition.  She is lucky to have someone who cares.  The biggest lesson of life is impermanence and how we deal with that knowledge.  I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers!  This is a very difficult for me, I do know it will get eaiser with time. My sister's death brings back memorys of when my mother passed. She also had terminal cancer....I will never forget seeing her take her last breath. I wish you all the best in this New Year!
