Two weeks post treatment.

My blood work is undetectable.  YAY.  I am starting to feel more energy, but there are still times I crash.  This will get better.  Notice an increase in hip pain.  I need to start stretching and get my butt back to the gym.  I see the doctor this  coming Monday. Msure it will be a great visit.

Congratulations! You will start to feel a bit better each week now.  Lots of water, avoid sick people.  Also recommend the yoga.  There are a lot of videos on you tube that target certain areas which I found helpful.  When your muscles are stronger, a really good therapeutic massage is very helpful too.  Wishing you a quick recover.

Congratulations on your UND. Sometimes my hip hurts as well do to the reduced activity while on meds. What works for me is yoga poses for the hip.
Best wishes in your continues journey to SVR :)
