I agree with you there, hopefully due to the shorter tx time we see it late 2014-2015 one good thing about this is that there are others running the race with promising results , and that makes the future much more positive and brings us closer to the end of interferon and a all oral cure .
Should note that was in 2005, 6 years later it made it. I wonder how many peoples livers were shot or even worse by waiting
Well maybe, maybe not, when I first joined here there was alot of hype on telaprevir, then VX950. It was also fast tracked then, people, some doctors were swearing it would be here by 2007 and at the latest 2008. Well guess what. It was mid 2011 before it was here...... The point is nobody knows they are only wishing and guessing.

2015 still appears to be release date for GS-7977
Gonna get a boner.
thanks
Thanks. I think that deserves it's own post. Really cool developments in the world of hep C tx.
Look under Bioline Rx's ( BLRX) BL-8020 . It was sent to me from clinical pipeline. Sounds interesting , another one added to the race.
Wow, that sounds really interesting. Could you provide a link for us ?
Thanks.
An Israeli compnay has completed clinical tirals with BL-8020 that targets the host cell and notht evirus. Another one to look out for in the race for all oral no interferon cure.
Actually this one talks about all the companies.......not just Abbott.
