Vitamix Smoothie

  I have a new hobby that I do, in celebration of being post Tx, and recovery:  my new Vitamix!  Since I had to have a back molar emoved, I now grind my nuts into them as well, and use organic plain yogurt, for probiotics.  The fruit ones are more fun, but I will graduate to veggie smoothies gradually~

Way to go! Good on you. Let us know your recipes. I will start getting into making vege smoothies when I get my energy back - will be a quick and easy way to get the nutrition.

The Vitamix blender is great for green drinks. My parents have one...I use a Ninja personally and the trick with the veggies is steaming them first so they dont leave any chunks, I love my green drinks...its become a hobby of mine too...grow it....steam it...blend it!

Good for you. I bought the bullet (cheap one, not the one on tv), I want to start making a liquid dinner! It's not easy for me to eat a meal in the evening, its hard for me to digest so I've just been having my whey powder. I need to branch out with recipes that are healthy. Good luck with yours!!!!!
