Good luck finding a support group. We'd all love a forum to vent into and have mostly used these on-line forums for that. It's been really useful to me.
There is such a social stigma to Hepatitis C that even when you are sitting in the viral clinic with 20 other people who are treating, no one talks. If I hadn't finally started posting on the MedHelp forums, don't know what I'd have done with all of the isolation of treating in secret.
Search the forums and it's as good as a study group. Some of the posts are not useful but many posters site newly released research reports that you would probably never come across on your own. The internet is a wonderful resource once you get the feel for what's junk and what's helpful.
