SGOT/SGPT values for HCV infection

I had sexual encounter with a massage girl in August 2008(six months back). I used a  condom but at the end it broke. I stopped immediately and cleaned myself. After about 5 days I got myself tested for liver function test for the first time in my life in which the SGOT/SGPT values were 53 & 102 U/L i.e very much beyond range.
I got tested for HIV proviral DNA PCR in the third and fourth month. These were negative. Currently I am sitting at six month marks or 5 months 21 days to  precise. I got tested for HIV 1&2 antibody, HBsAg for Hepatitis B, ANTI HCV IgG & SGOT/SGPT yesterday.
All tests came back negative and SGOT/SGPT value were 43/38. I have lost around 7-8 kgs in meanwhile mainly due to exercise and diet regime for last 5-6 months. I have had no other symptoms except gastric trouble for few days and acidity for a week or so which is OK now
My questions are:
a. Are my antibody tests conclusive for HIV, HBV & HCV in reference to the particular incident.
b. Since I don’t know my SGOT/SGPT values before the encounter, can these escalate in just 5-7 days after exposure to HCV. How long does it actually take for the liver to get inflamed after exposure.

I think you may be a hypochondriac. you sound  like you are  clear of hepc and your weight loss is simply due to your exercise regime. Hep C is very rarely spread through sexual contact and I know a man who has had hep c for  14 years and has fathered 2 healthy children who are  free of hep C while being a carrier of hep C.
Hep B and HIV are highly sexually transmissive but Hep C is rarely found in semen or sexual fluids you are excessively worried about a condition you do not even have and sound like a very  fit and healthy young man

While waiting for Dr. D's answer, you might read:

or search the MedHelp Hepatitis C forum for answers about the diagnostic tests you have had as pertain to Hep C. I think it would help reassure you.

I think you will find it is very unlikely that you could have contracted Hep C from a sexual encounter as you describe. Hep B is possible. It is even more unlikely that your tests have come back false positive. But don't take my word for it.

I got myself tested for HIV,HBV & HCV PCR test two days back. All came back negative. So that I suppose answers my query on conclusive. Only one small problem remains. The test said as limitation of assay is that presence of PCR inhibitors may result in false negative. i was taking some homeopathy medicines for gastric trouble before the test. could they have influnced the pcr test in any way or should i take them as final and move on.
