Hernia - difficulty urination connection?

I am a healthy active 30 year old male. For the past 8 years I have had a hard time emptying my bladder when I pee. I pee but when I finish I feel like I need to go. I have had a variety of tests done even a cystoscopy but no answers. Is it possible that a hernia could make it difficult to empty my bladder?
