Genital and Oral Hsv1 Transmission& Asymptomatic confusion

Hello Doctor, Thank you for provding us with great and detailed explanations on this site, I am an 18 year old male and had a protected sex roughly 7 weeks ago however I recieved unprotected oral sex for a short period of time also We kissed. I cant recall if my partner had any sores on her mouth there was no obvious external sores but I had a couple of drinks, anyways. I immidietaly had an igg test for type 1&2 herpes but then foujd out that they were usless untill 2 months but still they were negative and ı didnt have any prior herpes at least untill 3 months back. 5-7 days later I developed a single swollen sore inside my lip it popped but never scabbed then had a swollen red area at the right corner of my lip which may have been a cold sore. It was a single one. My main concern is contracting hsv1 genitally since I didnt have it orally prior to this. I never had cold sores before but apparantely had one after the encounter, I showed no genital sypmtoms of sores, itching burning redness only very mild 2-3 second pain in the urethra that comes and goes that is not during or after urination and slight random aches in legs not like nerve pain or whole aching but areal small aches but these occured when I started reading and worrying about genital herpes and these weird symtoms continued mildly for weeks and still ongoing occasionally without any lesions I was examined by two urologists  and have been told  the I am anxious and too concious of my body and that there is no sign of any kind of genital herpes. What I am confused about is that I have contracted through oral sexhsv1 through kissing to my mouth but not genitally at the same night because I never had cold sores before
1. Could I have contracted herpes through kissing but not through oral sex becuase I would assume my partner was shedding?
2. If so is oral to genital less likely than oral to oral in the case of hsv1?
3. If I never had any kind of herpes before would I also have genital hsv1 outbreak with the initial oral outbreak?
4. If I both contracted hsv1 orally and genitally does it makes sense to just have a mild oral initial outbreak?
5.Can my hsv1 be totally asymptomatic while my oral infection was symptomatic?

Tests will not completely clarify this because they cant tell you the site of infection unless I have sore cultured but I havent had any genital sores.I knıw this was a bit long but my situation is a bit complicated basically I am trying to say Could I have contracted hsv1 orally and genitally simultaneously and just. Have oral symptoms or Could I have dodged the bullet genitally? Additionally I had an internal cut in my mouth during sex so maybe that increased mouth to mouth infection. I would appreciate your answer, Thank you and sorry for the long post.

So in the end you think it was possible for me to contract oral herpes without genital herpes?

Hi, first of all the risk for contract genital hsv1 from oral sex is when she has lip sores at the time and if she had a herpes lip sore at the time she would not give you oral sex as would be too painful. Herpes lip sores most often are open blister type leisons.
1. Shedding does not occur often enough to be a concern.
2. lip to lip as herpes prefers soft mucus type areas and requires hard rubbing to force the virus into the nerve.
3. possible but contracting herpes from a onetime affair where no sores were present the risk would be close to zero.
4. first time genital are the more server but hsv2 is the one that more painful.
5. yes
I think your overly concerned about this, really low risk activity.

*The suspicious secondary genital symptoms occured and still occurs weeks after the encounter they are not frequent nor severe. Mt urologist told me it can be a rapture from scrathing in the urethra bacterial, UTIs or that I had these my whole life only noticing them now.
