For nearly everyone, your immune system will work its magic and you'll experience very few further outbreaks if any.
It is possible you stressing over this is kart of the issue. The area is sensitive and experiences many forms of distresses. You just took no notice previously but now do. It takes time, but you need to relax and accept the infection fully and in time you'll forget you have the infection except for when outbreaks occur, again if they do. The area will feel normal again soon.
cant remember ever having a cold sore, ive accepted the fact I must have hsv1, not the end of the world, could be worse, could be aids or something, im more concerned about fixing the skin disorder, any ideas? will more anti viral help, or will it eventually come right
They do sound like herpes type blisters for males. It is too much of a coincidence for you to be shedding at the same time as those symptoms.
Also with genital HSV1, it is possible to experience very little by way of symptoms.
Have you ever had oral cold sores to suggest a HSV1 infection?
A blood test, IgG antibody should give you some confirmation.
There was 2 tiny little white heads at tip a couple mm from hole, doctor burst to take swab, they healed immediately with no pain, but the irritation, redness/ elasticity problem has persisted for a couple months now. I started having symptoms couple days after act, white heads within a week, along with abdominal pain, sore backs of legs etc, so accepted it was the dreaded herpes causing everything, starting to wonder now.
If you swabbed positive for HSV1 from a blister on your penis then this is what you have. Transmission is a somewhat random event of whether a sufficient amount of the virus reaches nerve endings through appropriate rubbing into skin.
It is entirely possible that you have been infected with HSV1 since prior to this sexual encounter you describe. You could check whether this person is getting the right testing, only IgG antibody testing is conclusive.
Where was the blister, probably the shaft? It is a bit unusual for the penis tip to be involved so this suggests a cause other than herpes.
