A few questions on Herpes 2

I am a 40 year male. I recently met a lady in the market and we ended up in the bed. First she gave me a uncovered blowjob and then we had sex with condom on. After 10-15 min of the activity, I took shower and cleaned every place with soap. After some 4 days of the episode, I started having itch in my pubic area and have now been diagnosed with Herpes 2. The outbreak happened at the base of penis on the right side in pubic area (some 1 cm diameter area).  My question is:
Can I have Herpes from her? Or could it be some previous sex and I am having outbreak just now.

Moreover some general questions as I couldn't find their answers online:
What areas of my private parts can be infected during next occurrence given that I was infected at right base of penis during initial?
What all areas (penis, thigh, scrotum) can spread skin-to-skin virus during asymptomatic period?
Can I spread HSV2 virus while kissing (on lips or cheeks) or while just fingering my partner?
Can I wash my underwear/towel with cloths from my partner without spreading the virus?
I understand that my partner can get virus when she performs oral on me without condom. Can I give her Herpes if I perform oral on her (with no female condom)?
Can herpes spread if no shedding and having sex without condom? (meaning if Herpes lives in with body fluids as well)?
What if she touches my penis (no condom) and then touches her vagina?

Hi.

I will be happy to help with your questions.
The time frame is correct for a primary outbreak from this last encounter. How were you diagnosed?
Now to your questions. Your infiction is genital which means it will stay in that nerve ganglia. That means anywhere in the boxer shorts region. Most outbreaks will happen within an inch or so of your initial outbreak but they can occur anywhere in that boxer shorts area.
Asymptotic shedding can also happen anywhere in that boxer shorts area.
You absolutely can not spread the virus by kissing or fingerings. You will really only spread it by Intercourse. Hsv2 is very rarely spread to the oral cavity. It doesn't like the oral cavity.
Hsv is never going to be spread by laundry. It's called an std for a reason. you will never spread the virus by casual contact.
Hsv does not live in bodily fluids. It also will not be spread unless there's an outbreak or shedding. It won't be spread from touching your penis then her vagina. Viruses like this are not spread that way.
Hope this helps.
