Herpes or folliculitis?

I have two bumps on the right part of my outer vaginal area. They are painless. I have another one closer to my right butt cheek, which does sting when it's touched. It's been there for a while now. Everything is spaced far apart. None look like blisters but the one on my butt cheek looks scabby and dried (but still red). I know folliculitis can scab, too.

I have oral HSV-1. I tested negative on an HSV-2 blood test (<0.9) taken on 6/27, which was exactly 30 days after my last possible exposure to the virus.

I know it's impossible to assess over the Internet but do these sound like herpes? When herpes presents as more than one sore, is it normally a cluster? Is it likely that the one on the butt cheek is herpes and the others are not?

I also received the Gardasil series (completed in 2013) and have never had warts before then so it doesn't appear that this is a new HPV infection (unless it was dormant after I acquired it pre-shots)?

Hi what your describing does not suggest herpes at all. Genital herpes sores are allmost always painful.
