Breast & nipple licking and vagina fingering cause Herpes ?

I went for massage in Bangkok. After massage I licked breast & nipples of the lady and also fingered get vagina. No sex involved. Similarly went for massage in other place, there I licked breasts of girl and had a condom protected sex for less than 1 min. Are these activities cause Herpes ? I am always checking my penis if I have abnormalities or not. I took a RPR test after 20 days from exposure and it came back negative. Kindly advise me. Thank you

The odds of contracting hsv from either exposure is incredibly low. Congratulations on using a condom. I wouldn't be concerned with hsv.
