Burning sensation on penis

So I made the biggest mistake in the world the other night, I went out had some drinks and decided to have sex with a stripper. She first gave me oral and then we had vaginal intercourse. Just for the record, this was all with a condom. Even the oral was with a condom. I maybe have her a couple of pumps and then I regretted it and I stopped, took the condom off and left home. I fell asleep didn't think nothing of it, didn't shower or clean it off till the next morning. 3 days later I woke up with this little red rash on the head of my penis. So I panicked and went to the doctor. It had a slight burning sensation on it. The doctor took a look at it and said it couldn't be herpes because if it were she would be able to see white in the rash. She she prescribed a cream, "clotrimazole". I put the cream on it and the rash was gone over night. But it's been about a week since the doctor visit and I still feel a burning sensation occasionally. No more irritation just burning sensation. It feels like it burns but not when I pee. The pee feels soothing.  I feel like I've been over thinking it because I've been having a guilt trip with my girl friend. I don't want to let her down. This is the only time I have cheated. Since then I sometimes feel like I have chills. My throat and chest has been hurting. (But I think that that's because I did too much cocaine Friday night and it dried up my mouth extremely that the next morning it hurt to even drink water). And I've been feeling really hot with no fever. I feel hot when it passes through my mind that I might have an STD. But it's only by moments. If the doctor said its not herpes what can it be?

Hi, since your penis was covered no std including herpes could enter your penis so any interior urethra irritation your having is not related to the affair. If no skin contact was made outside the condom,.(like your pubic area) you had no risk for contracting anything.

Thank you very much. Ima try to go to the doctor this Wednesday just so I can let them know that the burning is there. Maybe some antibiotics will do the trick. I just hope it's not an std. First and last time I cheat. I really love my girl friend. And I wouldn't know what to do if I lost her.

I dont think so. It was only one position, doggy style. It was only for about a minute. Because midway, I bag an to have guilt and I stopped. Maybe my testicles. But I'm not sure. I highly doubt it because I didn't do it with any intensity.

Inside uretha irritations using a condom could be from a reaction to the condoms lubes, spreamacies or an injury from the act itself. Did you pubic area make rubbing contact with hers?

That response felt a big relieve. What would you suggest it is? I don't know if I'm psychologically creating my own symptoms but I have been feeling chills, some nausea, and tingling in my testicles.
