what could this be?

i received oral sex without condom last Saturday, and the next day i feel pain on the head of my penis.  the pain is mild, but lingering.   i also have been checking my penis, but found no bump or blister.   can someone please tell me what could it be?   Thanks!

No STD would cause symptoms overnight. If you still feel pain, or it's gotten worse, please get it checked. It's not likely an STD, but you should get it checked for other things.
