It could be herpes. Did she do any testing?
Your clitoris feeling weird right after sex - that's not any STD. It takes at least 2 days for any STD symptoms to show up.
Herpes shouldn't cause your clitoris to bleed, though. That wouldn't be an STD either. Did your partner cut you somehow, perhaps with teeth? Perhaps that got infected, and the doxy cleared that up.
Your doctor gave you meds for herpes, chlamydia and bacterial vaginosis. The doxy is a broad spectrum antibiotic, though, and can cure lots of things.
If she did no testing (and I really hope she did), then get a blood test - a type specific IgG herpes blood test now, and if it's negative for either type, get another one in 4 months.
I don't know how long ago this happened, but it takes some time to develop antibodies for herpes, which is what the test looks for. If it's been less than 2 weeks, and you test positive for herpes type 1, then that's a pre-existing infection, probably one you've had orally since you were a kid. About half the adult population has it and most don't know it, because 90% never get a cold sore.
If it's been more than 2 weeks, and you test positive for either type, it could be a new infection, or a previous one. It can take up to 4 months to develop antibodies, but some do as soon as 2 weeks.
