Causes for rash on genitals.

I had sex with 2 partners 3 days apart, condoms were used with both partners. 4 days later I develop a rash on my penis, testacles  and anus. I went for testing they took blood and urine. I was told there are no physical signs of herpes and nothing they could swab. They felt it was a rash due to sitting in the hot tub too long or using towels with different detergent at the hotel I stayed at .I will receive results in one week. I am petrified. Is there any other causes other than herpes or chemical reactions that could cause this?

I have been using monistat 7 for 2 days and they rash is nearly cleared up. I was told not to use any topicals until test results came in but it has made a huge difference. Thank you. Is there a chance that an irritation from an STD, herpes or other wise would could be reduced by using an antifungal cream?

Hi, from what you describe you can pretty much rule out herpes for a few reasons. Topical irritations in the areas you describe are most always fungal related and if thats the case would need some antifungal cream to help clear them up. No std causes rashed like your describing. Some call it prickly heat rash.
