Confused by the blood test of HSV-2

Hi there. I have a protected encouter with a stranger in Feb. And that is the beginning of my blood test about the HSV.
First of all ,there is one location of skin damage around my anul. Just one. And it keep happen about 5 times in the past 8 months.
Here are the Trinity ELISA blood test results of HSV-2 Igg. The HSV-1 is 7.8 and definitly is positive.
12 weeks: HSV-2： 1.3
16 weeks: HSV-2：0.3
20 weeks: HSV-2：0.98
24 weeks: HSV-2：0.26
32 weeks: HSV-2：0.97
Well, because i am from china. There is no WB in here. So, I would like to ask the question as below
1. What is the critical value for the HSV-2, 0.9or1.1？
2. I know there is a chance that the 12 weeks result is false positive, but the result of 20 weeks and 24 weeks are increase and near to 1.0。Is that mean i am infected by HSV-2?

Updated: I did the PCR again and the result was negative.

The wb is the most accurate test available. It's a far more indepth essay.

And one more question, 92% accurate of igg bloodtest including the WB method? I just find out Hong Kong can send the sample to America to get WB.

i am from india and we don t have WB here to are you sure Hong Kong can send the sample to america as i can visit Hong kong on a tourist Visa and give my blood samples that the only option i have to get the test confirmation for HSV2 ..Could you share some details of the lab in hong kong which would do these test ??

You can google Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital and send them a email to ask the question.

Igg bloodtests for hsv2 are 92% accurate. A pcr swab should still be accurate 12 hours after it shows up.

And one more question, is there any chance that I will be infected by HSV-2 even my blood test is negative. Because lots of chinese doctor do not trust the test.

My opinion is it's a false positve but if i were you I would get the area swabbed and pcr tested the next time it shows up.

Thank you man. I already did the swabbed and pcr tested twice. But because the situation in china, I have to wait about 12 hours to get the area swabbed. Which means I can get the lesion swabbed immediately. And both the two results of PCR for the DNV of HSV1 and HSV2 are negative. Unfortunatiy，my doctor said that the lesion keep shows up in the same area，and it is not eczema. And he get the conclusion that i get the chance of 80% that maybe HSV-2.
So，I don't know how your guys do in the states. I just can not sure about the PCR results. Because it just can't get swabbed as the time as it shows up.
