Could i have Herpes?
I had a medium sized lump on my right vaginal lip after a couple of days the lump flattened and turned into a red itchy spot it never leaked or busted i just checked it again one day and saw it turned into a red spot i showed someone else a picture and they said it could possibly be herpes

It could be herpes, but the only way you'll know is to get it checked by a doctor and get some testing done.
Given that it's been there at least a few days, culturing it may not give accurate results, but ask your doctor to do a PCR swab on it. That's more sensitive than a regular culture.
It could also be many other things, but only a doctor will be able to tell you for sure.
