Could this be Herpes?

All - thank you in advance for your perspective and thoughts.

I am a Male, over 35.

one week ago Tuesday I received unprotected oral sex from a female of unknown status.  She had no visible signs of herpes either inside her mouth or on her lips.  The contact was brief (maybe a minute or 2 at most)

the following Wednesday night (the next night) I had a few cocktails and masturbated (sorry, but it goes with the story)  The masturbation was dry and the following morning (Thursday morning) an area on the top left of my penis was tender to the touch, which I attributed to the masturbation (this is approximately 30 hours from the unprotected encounter)  I did not notice redness or irritation, but honestly I did not look at all.

Friday afternoon same area of penis is irritated, minor and only if I really try to find the raw areas, and I pull back the foreskin, the area looks to be irritated and a couple of spots (that look to be abrasions) are tender to the touch and the skin is reddish (again looks to be an abrasion)

Saturday night the area is not as red, there are a couple of spots that look like very small cuts but they are not bleeding or weeping any fluid.

Sunday, the healing appears to continue, everything looks normal, the small cuts look to be healing or healed.

Monday, the skin in the area is dry, I rub the dead skin away and the very small cuts bleed very briefly but then stop.

Tuesday everything looks to be healed , no bleeding, just the couple of small spots that look like cuts or scratches, but the are not red, etc.

Today, had sex briefly, a couple of the spots bled, briefly, but then stopped.  Again, they are not weeping fluid.

This area is right nest to the head of the penis, just under it.

I have had no (pimples, blisters, no what I would call typical ulcers from pictures, no pain, no tingling, no burning) had I not looked in the area I probable would not have noticed other than the bleeding after sex.

The area looks like very tiny cuts, like an abrasion...

No other typical "herpes" signs that I can tell.

onset seems quick and resolution seems quick for herpes - had I not had sex the area would not have bled, it did not bleed yesterday.

could this be herpes?  if the spots are not weeping fluid but only bled after intercourse could it be contagious, if it is herpes?

I would. Two weeks is usually the minimum.

Thats exactly why I do not suspect hsv. Not to mention your chances were almost zero to begin with. Most people who are at risk of hsv are in a relationship with a partner who has it. One time exposures are more unusual to say the least.

Thank you @feelingundone.  I am hoping further confirmation of a negative herpes diagnosis is the fact that the cuts are nearly fully healed, no pain, itching, etc (other than when I would touch them) and that an initial herpes outbreak would on average take much longer to heal - i read upwards of 3-4 weeks.  Would you concur with this?

Feelingundone - thank you for your reply... it is reassuring to hear that herpes that presents as cuts primarily presents with women.  I have had no fever, swollen glands (that I know) but psycho somatically I may believe that i did have swollen glands or nerve pain.  I haven't really messed with it much (a little I guess, my frustration and worry is that it hasn't fully healed yet.  Certainly there were no lesions (at least nothing that looks like the pictures you see online) and nothing that looked like a blister or pimple or anything fluid filled.  If there were a way to send a picture i would (yes I am guessing it sounds weird that I would send you a penis pic...)

Long story.lol
Short answer. This does not sound like hsv at all. Herpes lesions are fluid filled blister type lesions and while can present as cuts. That is on women.
I think it is exactly what you describe. An abrasion that was made worse by messing with it. Also when hsv1 has a prinary outbreak on the genitals is usually is acompanied by flu like symptoms.  Fever, swollen lymph nodes and body aches.
