Ulcers on my tongue as I performed oral sex on her vagina and anus
2 days after this I woke up with shortness of breath and the OLD FAMILIAR FEELING WHEN I AQUIRED HERPES IN MY GENITAL AREA. I actually used this site last time but no one thought it was herpes including the doctors, but it was and is.
I was very concerned it might be HIV as I have large ulcers on my tongue and felt extremely poor now, but no one will ever think I have that on this site, even though those ulcers make it easier to transmit.
If its not HIV did I aquire the other strand of herpes?! It's the same terrible ill feeling I got and have been going to the bathroom non-stop. It feels like I was just infected and I know this terrible feeling from last yr.

Did you ever find out what were your symptoms...was it herpes? I am dealing with the same symptoms.
There really doesn't seem to be any evidence that you have herpes at all. But that's not so relevant.
There would almost be no chance at all that what you describe is related to herpes, that's the critical issue and one you need to believe in, which I think you are starting to.
Beyond that, you need to pursue the appropriate medical advice, an array of blood and pee tests usually reveal a lot.

So I'm still stuck in limbo today dealing with stomach pain and chest pain. Not sure if i did get the herpes strand or not on my face. I have swollen nodes on my arm and sores right above my stomach on the lower frame of my rib cage. Does anyone have any insight on what it could be, hepatitis? Would hep give me swollen nodes along my neck, bruising, eye complications?

Yeah a bit harsh when someone is feeling EXTREMELY ILL. I am infected again, I know as crazy as that sounds. I never ever feel this bad blood coursing through my entire body feeling, it has to be one of the worst feelings ever! I've only experienced this once before and it lasted 1-2 months. So even if I could man-up I don't think I could handle getting through this again! Everyday I feel worse then the day before.
I don't know what to do anymore. This sucks!

What else can it be? If you are licking someone's anus (which is fine, some women love it) there is a huge chance of bacteria in particular ending up where it isn't typically meant to be and causing exactly the symptoms you are describing.
Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV, by all means look up the triad but really this is not a risk of HIV here.
The fact that you have HSV antibodies from a genital infection means that it is most unlikely to be infected orally and certainly you would most likely not experience the same symptoms given the presence of the antibodies.
Lastly, you have experience with genital herpes as an STD. You are well aware of all the risks. If you are going to perform oral on a female's genitals and anus without knowing her status then you need to be prepared to deal with the consequences. First symptoms after oral sex encounter was shortness of breath, then the full body ill feeling (only experienced before when I got genital herpes), night sweats, stomach issues and now fatigue! These were all basically the same exact symptoms I got when I got genital herpes.
What else could it be except the other strain of hsv? Everyone keeps saying you can't get HIV from this encounter even with hsv and ulcers on my tongue as I gave oral.

No the tongue ulcers I haven't swabbed.

When I was dealin with complications of the initial onset of herpes infection I got a mouth infection, it was white and thrushy with ulcers that would come and go. They never prescribed me anything for the mouth. I just deal with the ulcers that come and go that I was told was harmless and "they happen."
Just got a bunch of blood work done even though its to early to tell for anything but just another starting point I suppose.

After two negative commercial IgG tests 12 weeks after exposure with suspicious ongoing symptoms is enough to cease and go for Westernblot confirmation.
As for HIV, well this can readily be tested for 28 days post exposure with a duo antibody/antigen test and the result is accurate, no question. What you describe though bears no relation to HIV at all.
I also wouldn't be assuming that herpes is causing all of the symptoms if any you describe.

I guess my health has been compromised since last yr :/
Just the same exact terrible feeling, now feeling weak and my stomach has been upset all day and making a rumble non stop.
That's why I suspect it's the other herpes virus or something as bad as HIV bc of my open ulcers on my tongue.

I was going to spring for the western blot but I was already convinced before the test was even positive. I will eventually bc my doc wants to just have it finally stated what's going on bc I took 20 gig blood tests numerous different kinds and the best ones, but all failed. Which baffled the doctors bc they would see the herpes and the valtrex was the only thing that put them away.
I appreciate the comments but both viruses can happen, so my body has already been under some poor health from this first hsv and now I feel it coursing through me like the old one was.

So you had commercial testing that revealed no HSV infection. Did you have a Westernblot?
I assume the swab test was positive for HSV1? Commercial testing does miss 1 in 10 HSV1 infections.
If you have an established HSV2 or HSV1 genital infection then an oral infection is now next to impossible unless you have an very compromised immune system.

I wasn't testing positive through the blood tests. That's why everyone told me I was in the clear. Until the doctors saw all the complications and outbreaks and 1.5 yrs later they were able to get a sample that finally came back positive...even though I started using valtrex daily yr after exposure bc of the frequent outbreaks...which helped a ton and still does.
Now I'm just unsure what I've come into contact, it was all the familiar feelings from when I first contacted it! Two unprotected oral encounters one recieving is where I got the hsv in my genitals and now I had oral sex and oral to her anus and not even two full days later I'm feeling flu-e not cold virus flu-u but the same thing I felt when an infection was taking over my body.... All too familiar
