Did i get HSv 2 from a handjob?

Four weeks back i got a handjob from a girl and found abrasions on my penis . Two days later i developed a cold sore on my lip amd 6 days later a swollwn lymph node between my scrotum and inner thigh . I started getting headaches which i assumed was from the cold sore as i thought it was hSV 1 .

3 weeks later i got a boil just below my waist line ,severe muscle and joint pain , itching and tingling on my genitals and an aching under my butt cheeks

I went to go see a nurse who said the boil was an infected hair follicle ...i asked if it could be genital herpes  as the infectes hair follicle diagnosis did not account for the muscle and joint pains and itching  ..she said it was unrelated and said from the signs i explaines  it seemes  like an STI but she ismlnt sure which  , she inspectws  my genital area and noticed the swollen lymph node was now open and had pus mixed with blood ..she then injected  me with something , gave me flagyl , amothrmycin amd pain killers ....i got dirrhea the following day but i guess it was the meds

The 3rd  nurse said i didnt have herpes after looking at what the first nurse said , he refused to inspext the site and said it could not get genital herpes from a hand job despite having abrasions !!!

Iv seen online doctors saying herpes sores may be mistaken for ingrown hairs or infected hair follicle which i what scarea me more ! The boil has healed and never had an clear liquid or scab ..the sore which started as a bump/swollen lymph node by my scrotum is also healing , its surface looka pink though , it does not have a scab also !!

Do i have genital herpes?
I tested for hiv at week 1,2,4 all negative and await to do morw twsts at week 6 amd 13 to confirm
